In order to fulfil our obligation to provide information, we would like to provide you with basic information concerning the processing by ZPF FILTEX S.A. of your personal data.

The Controller of personal data provided is ZPF FILTEX S.A., with its registered office in Łódź, Poland, at ul. Senatorska 35/37, 93-192 Łódź, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 7291016600, REGON [National Official Business Register Number] 470956935, entered into the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs under the following KRS number 0000041689, the registration files of which are kept by the District Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. The Controller is also the owner of the www.filtex.com.pl website and its subpages, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

Your personal data will only be processed on legitimate grounds to the extent necessary for:

  • the conclusion, performance and termination of an agreement concluded with the Controller;
  • handling notifications addressed via the contact form, if they do not relate to an agreement concluded with the Controller;
  • the performance of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, in particular tax and accounting obligations;
  • any determination and investigation of or defence against claims;
  • the improvement of the Controller’s Website functionality through the use of Cookies and web analytics tools.

The data required by the Controller are necessary for the Controller to provide its services or to conclude an agreement with you and implement it. If you refuse to provide the required data, the Controller will be unable to provide services or conclude an agreement with you. If you do not agree to the use of Cookies, the functionality of the Controller’s Website may be limited.

Your data may be provided only to authorised employees of the Controller, external entities providing services for the Controller on the basis of personal data processing agreements concluded with them, including but not limited to the provision of IT services and marketing, as well as to public administration bodies. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or to any international organisation.

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for: the time needed to provide a response to your question or resolve your case; for the time needed to carry out marketing activities or until you object to us processing your data further for marketing purposes; for the time needed to conclude an agreement and for the time when such an agreement is implemented, extended by the 5-year period of duration of the archiving obligation as well as the subsequent limitation period for any claims arising from the agreement and their satisfaction.

You have the right to demand access to your personal data, to correct and delete them or limit their processing, as well as the right to transfer the data and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

You can also exercise your right to object to the processing of your data for a specific purpose (e.g. for marketing purposes) at any time and free of charge.
